WERT experts have participated in events throughout the Americas (Brazil, Ecuador, and the United States), Asia (China and Japan), Australia, Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom), and the Middle East (United Arab Emirates).
This Final Report has been translated in languages on four continents.

On the second anniversary of September 11, over 300 volunteers were recognized for their "service in a national crisis in supporting emergency search and rescue efforts through advanced wireless technology capabilities at the New York City World Trade Center disaster site caused by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the United States of America."
